One cannot doubt the fact that there is a youth who shapes the future of the country and society. Today, the entire world knows the importance of youth and so youth empowerment is one of the biggest mission for any successful and developed communities to grow. For this, I have designed a three-step formula to empower youth. If this formula is properly followed with a practical approach, then a unique undertaking and a successful change of youth empowerment can be brought in the society.
Only a strong youth can lay a strong foundation for a powerful nation and a successful society!
It is said that "strong buildings always have a strong foundation". One cannot doubt the fact that there is a youth who shapes the future of the country and society. Today, the entire world has the largest population of youth and I am very hopeful in their ability to shape the future of our nation.
Being young means immense potential, curiosity, endless possibilities, energy, creativity, courage and patience. Our youth are at the cusp of innovation and change and many of them have super potential to perform miracles. What is needed is just to show the right direction and the right opportunities to excel or showcase their potential. Therefore, it is very important to measure the autocratic power of our youth and give it the right direction.
But now the most important question arises is that how should we empower the youth of our society?
For this, I have designed a three-step formula called LIC. If this formula is properly followed with a practical approach, then a unique undertaking and successful change of youth empowerment can be brought in the society.
Leadership from L - Developing leadership skills amongst the youth of our society is very important. Our vision or goal should be very high, only then we can achieve some great results. Before performing any task, a rough estimation of its result should be done. With this, there should be a self-initiative approach. A leader needs to learn from the past, be alert in the present and live with the hope of seeing a better future - a future that will be brighter and more promising for the coming generation. Whatever you want to be in life - a doctor, engineer, teacher, actor etc. do not let your best efforts fall short to accomplish what you do.
Innovation from I - Wise people say that one can get success by walking with time. Moving ahead with technology in the changing environment is both a demand and a necessity in today's era. We have seen businesses moving online. Information broadcasting and awareness is also increasing rapidly through social media channels like Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, YouTube etc. So it is time to think about how to use them constructively in our interest. We have a lot of ideas and business models with us; what we lack is connecting them with technology efficiently. The youth of our society should focus on this and all efforts should be laid on optimum use of technology.
Collaboration with C - Our ancestors had said: "Sangh Shakti Kaliyugay" - that is, in Kali-Yuga, organization power is predominant. Collaboration means to cooperate with each other, working in the team. Even the biggest tasks can be completed efficiently with teamwork. On analysing any largescale projects you will observe that there is a strong team working with many people who contribute to make that work successful. You can also understand Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji as an example - he is a strong believer of "sabka saath,sabka vikaas" and even in his team there are many departments and ministries which are required for the government to function efficiently, and then a successful tenure is envisaged and development of everyone is possible.
It is our youth and the only youth who can sow the seeds of development and progress and can become the backbone of the nation and society. By effectively optimizing this energy, any nation and society can attain infinite heights in terms of development. Therefore, it is my appeal to every energetic and hard-working youth to never waste their youth and use their optimum capacity in every term as they are responsible for the development and progress of our country and society.
